Max Franco

Max’s practice focuses primarily on complex civil litigation, insurance recovery and insurance bad faith litigation, and real estate litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Max represented a broad array of companies, including multinational mall groups, and national primary care and fast-food companies.  Max represented these companies in lease negotiations, lease amendments, and procuring title insurance coverage. 

Max earned a degree in history from The University of Alabama, graduating with honors and cum laude, and received his juris doctorate from the Georgia State University School of Law, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Max was president of the Jewish Law Students Association, externed for the Metro Atlanta Business court, and received a CALI award of excellence for finishing in the top of his class in International Trade. When not working, Max spends as much time as he can with his friends and fiancé, Madison.
