Tanner’s practice focuses primarily on complex civil litigation and business disputes. Before joining Hasson Law Group, he practiced at several international law firms, where he gained extensive experience representing banks, financial institutions, and businesses in litigation, transactional, and regulatory matters.
Tanner earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in History, from Jacksonville State University. He received his Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law. During law school, he served as Senior Articles Editor for the Washington and Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice and worked as a student attorney in the Black Lung Legal Clinic, representing former coal miners in their pursuit of federal benefits. Outside of the office, Tanner enjoys reading, running, and spending time with his two labrador retrievers, Atticus and Sadie.
